Immunization Cost Schedule

There is a $23 administration fee per vaccine. Payment method is cash and credit card. All fees are non-refundable. All credit and debit card translations will now include a 3.5% transaction fee and electronic checks will include a $2.50 charge per order.

• Vaccine fees are charged to individuals who are not eligible for federal and/or state programs that cover vaccination costs.
• The Vaccines for Children (VFC) Program offers vaccines at no cost for eligible children birth-age 18.
  • Find out if your child qualifies for the VFC Program
• If you have insurance, check with your health care/insurance provider for possible benefit coverage.
• No one will be denied access to services due to inability to pay; there is a discounted/sliding fee schedule available.

Young Children (0-6 Years)

Vaccinations are given per the American Academy of Pediatrics immunization schedule.

Older Children (7-18 Years)

Vaccinations are given per the American Academy of Pediatrics immunization schedule.

Adults (19 Years & Older)

Vaccinations are given per the American Academy of Family Physicians immunization schedule.
