Get ready for a bug-tastic adventure

Learn about preservation techniques, like taxidermy, bone cleaning and bug pinning, during Vulture Culture – DIY Bug Pinning from 2-4 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 1 at Wint Nature Center. Preservation techniques allow specimens to have a second life as educational tools and artistic decor. Take a hike to find specimens and create your own “vulture art.”

Preregistration with payment required by calling 248-858-0916 weekdays or 248-625-6473 during nature center hours or register online.
