As the global business development manager for Robotics Education at ABB, a global technology company that focuses on automation and electrification, Keefer is preparing the next generation of leaders and exposing them to cutting-edge STEM technologies. She was named one of the 10 Women Shaping the Future of Robotics by the International Federation of Robotics and serves on the Robotics Technology Strategy Board at the Association for Advancing Automation. She also mentors students, especially young women and girls, encouraging them to participate in FIRST Robotics teams and STEM programs to prepare them for diverse careers beyond traditional engineering roles.
