As the governance, risk and compliance auditor for Rockwell Automation, in Troy, Enida Metaj is driven by a passion for continuous learning and a vision to strengthen cybersecurity across industries. Outside of her job, Metaj mentors future cybersecurity leaders through the Women in Security Alliance and as the global ambassador for the WomenTech Network, which represents 179 countries. In 2023, she won the Award of Excellence at the FutureCon Detroit CyberSercurity Conference. Metaj received a bachelorÕs degree from the University of Tirana in Albania and a master's degree from Oakland University. She lives in Royal Oak.
