37 Director of Patient Care Operations Planned Parenthood of Michigan Driven by a deep commitment to healthcare equity, advocacy and mentorship, Keisha Colson works to ensure high quality care for underserved populations. As the director of Patient Care Operations at Planned Parenthood in Michigan, Colson is a dedicated healthcare professional with extensive experience in clinical operations and healthcare administration, overseeing a third of the health centers across Michigan. She is an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority where she fosters collaboration with all ÒDivine NineÓ sororities and fraternities, addressing issues ranging from health equity, education and social justice. Colson is also a ÒCheer MomÓ and aunt, mentoring young women, helping them grow personally and professionally as well as organizing outreach programs for people experiencing homelessness. Colson received a bachelorÕs degree from Eastern Michigan University. She lives in Southfield with her daughter Aubrey.
