37 Regional Director Center for Employment Opportunities Creating pathways to economic mobility and employment, Oluwatosin Martins is committed to addressing economic disparities and uplifting underserved communities. In her role as regional director at the Center for Employment Opportunities in Pontiac, Martins assists formerly incarcerated people through workforce development programs and partnerships with local businesses, government agencies, and community organizations in Pontiac. In her free time, she mentors and empowers emerging leaders and advocates for policies that advance diversity, equity, and inclusion. A resident of Plymouth, Martins earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan, an MBA from Eastern Michigan University and is pursuing a Ph.D. in organizational leadership.
