Deputy Chief for Health Care Fraud - White Collar Crime Unit

Ryan A. Particka lives his life by the Torah verse, Òtzedek, tzedek tirdof,Ó which translates to "justice, justice you shall pursue."
As the deputy chief of the white-collar crime unit in the U.S. AttorneyÕs Office for the Eastern District of Michigan, Particka oversees all health care fraud and prescription drug diversion prosecutions in the eastern half of MichiganÕs lower peninsula. He also serves as the office's elder justice coordinator, directing scam awareness campaigns for older adults and leading elder abuse prosecutions. Prior to this role, Particka investigated and prosecuted complex fraud conspiracies.
Particka served on the board of directors for Michigan State University's James Madison College Alumni Association.
Particka received his bachelorÕs degree from Michigan State University and his law degree from the University of Michigan. He currently resides in Royal Oak with his spouse and two children.
