33 North American Quality and Warranty Financial Controller Stellantis With an innate ability to combine corporate strategy, academia and mentorship, Shelby Kuhlman fosters collaboration and knowledge-sharing across industries and generations. As the North American Quality and Warranty Financial Controller at Stellantis, Kuhlman oversees financial reporting, budgeting and strategic cost analysis at the automaker. She also brings a global perspective to her work in leadership, finance and education with experience in Ireland, Southeast Asia, Ecuador and Germany. She also is dedicated to Next-Gen MBA, a company she founded to help foster leadership development and lifelong learning across generations. And she is part of the Diverse Leaders Program at the University of Michigan. She received a bachelorÕs and masterÕs degrees and is pursuing a Ph.D. from Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College in Indiana, and an MBA from Michigan State University. She lives in Lake Orion with her family.
