Passionate about introducing STEAM principles to students, Tejaskumar Mangal Balgonda Patil loves to nurture the next generation of engineers and problem solvers.
As a staff engineer at Qualcomm, his work is grounded in the automotive industry. But as a technical committee member of Lawrence Technological University, in Southfield, Robofest and STEAM competition judge, he helps empower students to tackle real-world challenges collaboratively. Patil also coached high school teams with the Oakland County Competitive Robotics Association.
Patil has been recognized with the International Achievers' Award from the Indian AchieverÕs Forum and Systems Engineer of the Year award from The Business Concept magazine.
A resident of Troy, Patil earned his bachelor's degree from Walchand College of Engineering in India and master's degree from Wayne State University.
