Effective March 1, 2016
The Court is required to collect an "electronic filing system fee" in addition to the filing fees for starting a civil action as listed below. As a result, the new civil filing fees are as follows:
- $30.00: Claim is $0.01 - $600.00
- $50.00: Claim is $600.01 - $1,750.00
- $70.00: Claim is $1,750.01 - $5,500.00
$10.00: Certified Mail - *Additional $1.00 to be charged if Affidavit & Claim has more than 5 page attachment
$15.00: Issuance of Order to Seize, Garnishment, or Judgment Debtor Examination
- $35.00: Claim is $0.00 - $600.00
- $55.00: Claim is $600.01 - $1,750.00
- $75.00: Claim is $1,750.01 - $10,000.00
- $160.00: Claim is $10,000.01 - $25,000.00
- Filing Fee: $15.00
- $55.00: For Possession of Premises Only
