• The OCLBA held its first meeting on Oct. 6, 2022 at 11 a.m. in the Oakland County Board of Commissioner's Committee Room A, 1200 N. Telegraph Road, Pontiac, MI 48341. The meeting was open to the public in compliance with the Open Meetings Act.
• The OCLBA Board of Directors is comprised of volunteers with economic development, housing, planning or real estate experience and includes a township official, a city official, a resident and a designated representative of the Oakland County Executive Office. A public application process was utilized in determining the board members.
• During the meeting, the board of directors held elections for treasurer and secretary. Additionally, the State Land Bank Authority provided a training that included land bank history, board responsibilities, policies, procedures and resources.

Pontiac, Mich. — The Oakland County Land Bank Authority (OCLBA) Board of Directors held its first meeting on Oct. 6, 2022 at 11 a.m. in the Oakland County Board of Commissioner's Committee Room A, 1200 N. Telegraph Road, Pontiac, Mich. In accordance with the Open Meetings Act, the meeting was open to the public.

The Oakland County Land Bank Authority board members are volunteers who represent a county township, a city and a resident along with a designated representative of the Oakland County Executive Office. The board member selection process included a public application and required individuals have economic development, housing, planning or real estate experience. The board of directors held officer elections for treasurer and secretary and includes the following members.

• Robert Wittenberg, Oakland County Treasurer, Board Chair
• Martin Manna, President, Chaldean Chamber of Commerce/Chaldean Foundation, Treasurer
• Dannis Mitchell, Director of Community Engagement, Barton Malow, Secretary
• Khalfani Stephens, Deputy Mayor, City of Pontiac
• Jeffrey Campbell, Village Manager, Beverly Hills

During the meeting, the State Land Bank Authority provided a basic training on land bank history, board responsibilities, policies, procedures and resources.
