Probation, which is granted by the judge, is a sentence that allows the offender to live in the community under the supervision of a probation officer. The 1st Division of the 52nd District Court has a Chief Probation Officer as well as twelve additional probation officers who each supervise their own caseload. Additionally, each probation officer is assigned a special program that requires working with the judges and key individuals within the community.
The forms below are a list of the commonly used forms by the 52nd District Court 1st Division Probation Department.
You must arrive at the community service locations on time or you will not be permitted to stay. You will also need a log sheet provided by contacting your probation officer. View the ASP Logsheet and Guidelines.
**Guideline Update (9/1/2026): Participants must report on time and stay for the duration of the site or until completion of mandated hours. If you arrive late you will be sent away - Please arrive early to be able to find the location, park, and sign in with the Supervising Officer.

Please note: If you sign up for a slot, you are expected to show. Failure to do so could result in additional penalties such as a violation of probation or possible jail. Cancellation of your slot must be done a minimum of 48 hours in advance of that site's start time.
