MIDC Standard 6 regulates the number of cases that can be assigned to an attorney in a year. We have prepared a Standard 6 Reference Document to assist attorneys in understanding the caseload standard.
There are times when it may be appropriate for an attorney to request removal of a felony or misdemeanor case from their caseload calculation. Please use the following forms if you wish to do so. There are specific instructions and definitions contained in the forms, to which you should pay close attention.
